Matt McKenzie is a U.S. Navy veteran and operations leader. He is committed to adding value in Public K-12 education by eliminating inefficiencies in new student assignment practices. Matt advocates for improved safety and academics through innovative techniques that increase utilization rates of school buildings.
With a deep commitment to building resilient systems, Dr. Cathy Keegan approaches leadership as both an architect and a strategist, guiding organizations through complexity with clarity and purpose. As a thinker, Dr. Keegan challenges conventional wisdom, fostering innovation through reflection and inquiry. In the classroom, she inspires students not only to learn but to question, cultivating curiosity that extends beyond academic boundaries. As an educator, Dr. Keegan is dedicated to empowering minds, shaping future leaders, and advancing the pursuit of lifelong learning.

Kylie Tokar is a lifelong mapmaker, with a mission for technical problem-solving. From automating analytics to creating stunning data visualizations, Kylie finds creative ways to tell stories with maps, ultimately empowering communities to effectively manage resources in a way that meets their unique needs.

After teaching public elementary, middle, and high school for 40 years and serving in multiple administrative roles (including curriculum director and Superintendent of Schools in New Jersey), Tim Lucas now mentors school leaders in applying systems thinking tools, developing school/community collaboration, helping stakeholders embrace system citizenship, and facilitating team learning through data-informed decision making skills and action research. Tim also teaches graduate courses in educational leadership at Lehigh University.
